Aldinga Seaside offers two brand-new homes situated on the esplanade at Aldinga Beach. Enjoy perfect unobstructed ocean views whilst relaxing on the large, fully covered balconies.
Should you fancy a dip in the ocean or a walk along the beach, the houses are just metres away from access stairs to the beach below. The homes are ideally situated for all water sports and recreation, with many other beaches only minutes away (including a boat ramp at Silver Sands Beach)
The homes are themed ‘Orange’ and ‘Blue’ and once you see the front door you’ll understand. The colour scheme continues tactfully throughout each house, with kitchen splashbacks, couches and other amenities following suit.
Each house comprises four bedrooms, with two queen-sized beds and two bunk beds (with the option of 4 singles) and can sleep up to eight people (including children). Each room has a built in robe with sliding mirrored doors whilst the upstairs bedroom has a large walk in robe.
There are two bathrooms per house both with large showers whilst the downstairs bathroom also has a spa bath. Each house has a fully stocked kitchen with modern cooking equipment and dining facilities.
There are two entertaining areas in each house both with TV’s, DVD players and Wi-Fi. Both houses are fully air-conditioned and tiled for cool comfort in summer.
The large balconies offer outdoor dining, deck chairs and a large Matador BBQ and a small bar fridge is also provided to store your drinks.
The separate backyards have a large grass area that is perfect for children to play in, as well as seating.
