Pressure.
We all experience it.
Sometimes the pressure weighs us down and we get swept up in the chaos we create, when we’re going too fast.
When we slow down. Pause. Take a deep breath in and a longer exhale, often we see pressure in a different light.
It doesn’t feel like a weight dragging us down, but rather a reminder we have a choice.
We can choose to get swept up in the chaos, or anchor deeply down through it.
We can choose to take the pressure off, tap into a deeper sense of trust and allow ourselves to be more gentle, compassionate and patient.
Because we’re human. We’re here to experience life.
Sure, pressure is a part of life.
However, when you’re aware of how you hold yourself and move through pressure, you can often then choose to anchor on the chaos, rather than be weighed down by the pressure as the chaos takes hold and sweeps you up.

Just an intention to devote 6 weeks to nourishing yourself in body, mind and spirit - not by telling you how to do this, but by amplifying the way in which you already know (and love) doing this.

It’s your moment to step more deeply into the Leader you are.

Come and play and take the seriousness out of the way you try to hold and nourish yourself.

Come and lead yourself with more tenderness, love and compassion.

Because you DO hold a lot.

You DO have a big soul-led mission for life and biz.

And, we DO need you.

We start holding you within this sacred space as of June 29.

The month I got swept up in the obsession of Garrett - I mean, 😬
my adoration for skyrocketed 🫶🏽
I injected LOTS of fun into my work (aka dancing in front of my mirror)
Read some epic books
Mothers Day 🥹
Tiny human feeling safe at school and almost going full time (yay!)
Holding incredible humans both in-person and distant, helping them feel AMAZING 🤩
Ending the month with ILLUMINATE 🪩

OK. That was bloody awesome! ILLUMINATE delivered exactly what it needed to the legends who showed the f**k up today 👌🏽

This has been a 5 month journey bringing it from vision to reality, so THANK YOU for your trust in me holding the space in the way you actually needed.

Vibes in the treatment room today ✌🏽

Holding space for a gorgeous reiki master and school teacher + an online energetic health sesh for a beauty where we focused on her solar plexus (to support her in creating a new relationship with her anxiety). Then I played HARD with some fun card readings with legends in my stories.

How you support people is allowed to be fun + easy and uniquely YOU. It’s the only way to truly connect, really 🫶🏽

Keep loving what you do and bring ALL of you into play.
