Today I wanted to speak about something I not only have personally moved through, but something I support many women through as well.

When we feel disconnected or confused by our own body, it can feel overwhelming trying to understand what it is asking of us.

As I write this, my boys are beside me playing drums and sound bowls in the background haha… and honestly, the fact I can remain grounded within the chaos is proof that nervous system healing is possible.

Not because I am more special than anyone else.
But because I have continued peeling back the layers of myself over time.

And I truly believe if I can do that, you can too.

Our emotions and energy naturally fluctuate depending on what is happening within our inner and outer world. Some seasons feel heavier than others.

If you have been feeling emotional, unsettled, tired, reactive, disconnected, or like things are surfacing lately… you are not alone.

Sometimes life asks us to release what we have been carrying for far too long.

And while spirituality and astrology can offer supportive perspectives for some women, my work is really centred around the holistic connection between mind, body, soul, spirit.

Because the body is always communicating with us.

There are many ways we can begin gently returning to a more regulated parasympathetic state, but first we have to build awareness around what is truly happening internally.

What is your body holding?
What emotions have been suppressed?
What patterns are keeping you in survival mode?
What does your body actually need to feel safe?

And if the word intuition feels a little too “woo” for you right now, that is completely okay too.

This work does not need to feel overwhelming or disconnected from reality.
There are grounded, practical ways to reconnect with yourself and your body safely.

Every woman has the ability to move toward regulation, safety, and deeper self-awareness.
It begins with learning how to listen to yourself again.

One thing I have found incredibly powerful in this work is what I call The Embodied Return.

A gentle framework that supports women in reconnecting to their body, emotions, nervous system, and inner self.

Have you felt it?
The pull. The unrest. The quiet knowing that something has shifted, but you don't have words for it yet.

Something is moving through women right now.
The old way isn't working.
The pushing.
The performing.
The smiling through exhaustion and calling it strong.

There's a quiet knowing deep down.
Sometimes we just need to slow down enough to hear it. To understand it.
Your body has been speaking the whole time.
In the tight chest.
The shallow breath.
The restless sleep.
The tears that show up uninvited in the car, in the shower, when no one is watching.
She's been waiting for you to come back.

Back Into Body is the breathwork I created for this exact moment.
For the woman who feels the shift but hasn't had the space to meet it.
🤍 For the one who's ready to listen.
This practice is a doorway.
A small one.
There's deeper work on the other side when you're ready , but for now, let this be enough.

A space where the language is kind, the goals are meaningful and she leaves every session feeling better about herself than when she arrived. ✨
