Having represented Central North at U16s and Hunter Valley at U15s, Tahlia arrives with solid foundations and plenty of upside. As pre-season evolves and roles take shape, we're looking forward to seeing what she brings to the group.

A Newcastle City Cricket Club product who has represented underage cricket in Newcastle, Chelsea brings competitive edge and a genuine love of the game to everything she does.

She's back. And we couldn't be happier. Welcome back, Molly! 🏏

With the club since Season 1, Molly is one of ours through and through. Last season was taken from her by injury - but what she gave back to this club during that time says everything about the person she is.

She turned up every single week. She was on the sideline for every 2nd Grade game day. She immersed herself in learning the art of coaching from one of the best in the business, and week by week she brought a different perspective and a quiet strength to a group that loved having her there.

Her patience through rehab has been nothing short of remarkable. And now she's back - a powerful all-rounder representing Country NSW at U19s, with underage nationals experience and a point to prove.

We think there are big things in store for Molly this season. We genuinely cannot wait. 🙌

Newcastle Cricket Academy and Training Centre is joining the Crushers family as a new Club Partner for Season 2026/27, and we could not be more excited! 🌟

Newcastle Cricket Academy is Newcastle's premier indoor high-performance cricket training centre, led by Director and Head Coach Tommy Anderson. Tommy brings decades of experience developing technically sound, confident and game-ready cricketers, and we are so glad to have him in the Crushers corner.

As part of this partnership, Tommy will head up our inaugural 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆, a tailored pre-season development program for invited players with the potential to be our Brewer Shield players of the future. 🌱 This is a genuine investment in the next generation of female cricketers from across our region, and we cannot wait to see what these young players achieve.

Kate returns for Season 26/27 as part of our broader 2nd Grade group. A backup wicket keeper and handy middle order batter from Gunnedah, Kate has come through the Central North underage rep programs and knows what it takes to compete.

She's also studying for her HSC this year - so hats off for juggling both. We reckon she's got her priorities sorted. 🎓🏏

Welcome back, Elissa! 🏏

Elissa returns for Season 26/27 as part of our 2nd Grade playing group - and she brings something a little bit special to our bowling attack.

A left arm spinner. A unicorn. The kind of bowler who brings a little bit of magic to a game just by having the ball in her hand. 🦄

Having come through the Central Coast underage pathways and gone on to be part of the broader regional open women's rep programs, Elissa arrives in her third season at the club with experience, confidence and plenty of wickets to take.

There are some fantastic prizes on offer, including sporting event tickets, signed memorabilia and much more. At just 8 years old, Delilah has been courageously battling a rare brain tumour known as a craniopharyngioma. Since her diagnosis, she has endured multiple brain surgeries and spent 10 weeks in ICU at John Hunter Hospital. While she has faced several complications along the way, her most recent MRI has finally shown some encouraging signs, and she is now home continuing her recovery, although she still faces regular hospital visits and ongoing challenges.

While the Cox family is incredibly grateful for this progress, Delilah's journey is far from over. She will require lifelong specialist care, hormone replacement treatment, regular scans, and ongoing monitoring due to the risk of tumour regrowth.

Any support, big or small, would be greatly appreciated as Tim and Delilah continue this difficult journey.

Airlie is back amongst our 2nd Grade playing group for Season 26/27, and she is ready to make her mark. A top order batter who can also bowl a mean inswinger, Airlie is the kind of player who can make an impact with bat or ball.

Having come through Central North's underage system, she's now flying the flag for the North Coast pathway as she continues to develop her game at premier cricket level - and we're excited to be part of that journey.

She has a deep appreciation for a well manicured outfield - and has been spotted more than once searching for four leaf clovers between overs. We can only assume it's working. 🍀

Last season she wore the number 67, which... well, IYKYK. 😅 We'll say no more.

Welcome back, Jemma! 🏏

Jemma returns for Season 26/27 as part of our 2nd Grade playing group - and if you know women's cricket in this region, you know what she brings to a game.

A middle order power hitter who can take any attack apart when she gets going, Jemma is the kind of player who changes the tempo of a match in a matter of overs. Add one of the best pairs of hands in the field, and you have a player who makes her presence felt in every single phase of the game.

But it's more than just the bat and ball. Her depth of experience and presence in the group brings something genuinely special to our dressing room - and to every match she plays. We are very glad she's back. 🙌
