My name is Sam, and I am the owner here at STS Strength and Fitness.
For as long as I can remember I've been into fitness and sport, wanting to make the most out of every physical opportunity and trying to better myself in every possible way, so my movement towards the fitness industry was not an unsurprising one.
In 2019, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and having very little knowledge of what that meant was tough, I thought that physical activity was going to be harder to do. As I started to learn more about what it entailed and how to make sure that I could keep moving no matter the circumstance, I realised that fitness is something that I wanted to continue with and that's one of the many reasons I've been happily doing this job for 3 and a half years!
I specialise in weight loss, muscle building, mental wellness, nutritional advice, athletes, sport specific training, and levelling my clients up to be the best they can be!!
