28 years… wow. 💙

When I opened the doors all those years ago, I never imagined the incredible journey ahead. I’ve had the privilege of watching hundreds of children grow—not just as dancers, but into beautiful young adults. Many have become teachers, professionals, parents and lifelong friends, and I couldn’t be prouder.

To every family who has ever been part of Physical Funk, thank you for trusting me with your children. It has truly been one of the greatest honours of my life.

And to my beautiful members today… you are something really special. Just when I thought my heart couldn’t get any fuller, along came this gorgeous group of kids. Your kindness, your laughter, your hard work and the love you show me every week reminds me why I have loved every minute of these 28 years.

✨ A Beautiful Solo Debut ✨

What a special day for our beautiful Malukah! 💙

Competing in her very first solo competition at the Ritz & Glitz Dance Challenge, Malukah took to the stage in the 12 Years & Under Specially Restricted Modern Lyrical section and danced with such grace, elegance and confidence.

To top off an incredible first experience, Malukah was awarded a Highly Commended in a very strong section. 🌟

Results are wonderful, but today was about so much more than an award. It was about courage, growth and believing in yourself. We couldn’t be prouder of the beautiful young dancer you’re becoming, and this is only the beginning of what we know will be an exciting journey.

What a fantastic day for our beautiful PFDA members! 💙 We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of you. The standard was incredibly high, and our dancers represented the studio with outstanding presentation, beautiful grooming, confidence and grace.

💫 After 11 beautiful years, it’s time to wish our gorgeous Liv, Olivia Jenkins, the most incredible next chapter as she hangs up her dance shoes and heads off on an amazing European adventure ✈️💜

Liv, you have been so much more than just a student at PFDA. Your kindness, beautiful manners, gentle nature, and the respect you have always shown to everyone around you have made you such a special part of our dance family.

Thank you for the beautiful flowers, but more importantly thank you for 11 years of memories, loyalty, laughter, and the lovely energy you brought into the studio each and every week. Watching you grow into the beautiful young woman you are today has truly been a privilege.

We are going to miss you so much, but we are also so excited for everything ahead of you. Never forget you will always be part of the PFDA family.
