Most adults start losing muscle in their mid-thirties. Not after sixty. Not following an injury. Now — quietly, consistently, without any obvious signal.
The good news: it's addressable at any age.

Good training programmes are designed around how the body actually works.

Strength, mobility, balance, coordination — these qualities are connected. Friday’s Longevity class is built on that idea. Integration means bringing everything you’ve been developing into contact with each other — moving well when it’s complicated, when your balance is challenged while your shoulders are loaded, when your coordination is tested while your breath is under pressure. That’s where real physical capability lives.

It’s also where training becomes genuinely interesting.
Friday mornings at 8am. If you’ve been coming to class through the week and want to see how it all fits together, this is a session worth showing up for.

Our new Movement & Strength block starts 30 March — and it runs across both our Movement & Strength and Longevity classes.
Six weeks. One skill thread running through the whole thing — building the strength, control, and body awareness that sit underneath a ring muscle-up. Most members won’t get there in six weeks. That’s not the point. The point is that every session moves you closer, and you’ll feel the difference.
Each day has a different focus — hanging strength, legs, full body pushing and pulling, ring work, integration, play. Injury prevention is built into the warm-ups, not added on at the end. Sessions close with breathwork. You leave feeling better than when you walked in.
It’s structured. It’s progressive. And there’s room in it to find your version of hard.
If you’ve been curious about what we do at Infuse Health, this is a good time to come and see.
