Easter is a good time to rest. Take the long weekend if you need it — we’ll be here.
For those who want to move, we have classes on Good Friday morning and a single Yin on Easter Monday evening to close out the break gently.

Our new Movement & Strength block starts 30 March — and it runs across both our Movement & Strength and Longevity classes.
Six weeks. One skill thread running through the whole thing — building the strength, control, and body awareness that sit underneath a ring muscle-up. Most members won’t get there in six weeks. That’s not the point. The point is that every session moves you closer, and you’ll feel the difference.
Each day has a different focus — hanging strength, legs, full body pushing and pulling, ring work, integration, play. Injury prevention is built into the warm-ups, not added on at the end. Sessions close with breathwork. You leave feeling better than when you walked in.
It’s structured. It’s progressive. And there’s room in it to find your version of hard.
