We got to collaborate with some of our favourite local businesses for our event! We had Elite Supplements Glendale come down and give delicious taste testers to the girls! The beautiful Shay from Buttered dropped off sample cookies after the girls finished competing (They were DIVINE!!!!)

And to wrap up the morning perfectly, we got to enjoy a coffee and yap session as always at The Pavement Society!! The Lifting Leviosa girlies got to use their voucher after all their hard work! 💛💛

To be in a room filled with such strong, powerful, inspiring, amazing and resilient women every day but to be able to watch them show off all their hard work was truly something special. I’ve been so emotional today, reliving the day and looking back at all the videos. It was amazing!!!

The community at LAS is unmatched and I truly believe that.

Everyone was cheering each other on, supporting each other, hyping each other up and helping with whatever they needed - if that was a sip of water, a lolly or someone to yell in their ear 😭🤣

There’s something truly special about LAS and I’m so fricken lucky to call this my job, my gym, my workplace with all my amazing clients and now friends. I always wanted to own my own gym but little me didn’t realise how much I needed this place to call home. All I wanted was to change peoples lives and now to have a space where I can host events just like this and see it live in action

is truly something so special 😭😭😭😭😭
