Our Juniors and Teens Aerial Workshops are packed with fun, confidence-building challenges and the chance to learn incredible skills across:

✨ Silks
✨ Lyra
✨ Trapeze
✨ Hammock

No experience is needed, our workshops are perfect for complete beginners and current aerial students!

TEENS WORKSHOP
For high school students

We have been quiet on socials but not in the studio! We have been busy ensuring all our new members settled.

We were set to launch Bungee Trials in September but everything is going too well, which means we are ready for the next intake!!

You’ll find Courtney teaching Bungee, Lyra & Silks… and when she’s not teaching, she basically lives at the studio doing every other class we offer 😂😂

Flying, spinning, hanging upside down, dancing, bungeeing… if there’s a class happening, there’s a very good chance Courtney is in it! 🤣

We absolutely LOVE having you as such a big part of our Studio Exhilarate family, as an instructor, a student and one of the wonderful humans who brings so much energy to our studio. 💜
