💙🤍VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH - FIONA BIRCHALL🤍💙

Fiona Birchall is one of those people every club is lucky to have.

Currently coaching our 11 Cobalt team and assisting with our 13 Blue SDNA team, Fiona is absolutely amazing with our ROC kids and always goes above and beyond.

Whether it’s attending extra training sessions, stepping in to lend a hand or providing unwavering support to those around her, Fiona is always willing to help wherever she’s needed. Her dedication, patience and willingness to give her time make such a difference to our players and coaches alike.

We’re incredibly lucky to have Fiona as part of our ROC family, and we honestly don’t know what we’d do without her! 💙🤍

We wrapped up our holiday clinics with a Net Fun session, with 21 kids aged 6–10 joining us for an afternoon of netball skills, games and plenty of fun!
It was fantastic to see so many kids from our local community get involved, including lots who were experiencing netball for the very first time.
A huge thank you to our Volunteer of the Month, Louisa, who helped guide and coordinate our holiday clinics, along with our coaches Gemma, Fiona, Jodie and Mel, and our amazing junior coaches Macey, Ella, Amelia, Milla, Beth, Piper, Peyton and Taya.

Across the clinics, the kids worked on basic netball skills including footwork, throwing techniques, attacking and defensive skills, teamwork and, of course, having lots of fun along the way!
Keep an eye on our socials for the next chance to join us at one of our clinic sessions. We’d love to see you there!
