Healthy and Easy Banana Bread recipe as a little treat while the nights cool down!!

Ingredients:
- 2x cups oats
- 4x large bananas (approx. 1.5 cups)
- 2x large eggs
- 6x tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1x tsp baking powder
- 1x cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease loaf pan
2. In a high speed blender or food processor add all your ingredients and blend until a smooth batter remains. Fold through the chocolate chips if using them.
3. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan. Bake the bread for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
4. Remove the bread from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.

Nutrition (per slice):
- 130 calories
- 3g protein
- 2g fat
- 23g carbs
