Running it back from my very first D/D Pre Season in 2020 🏉 ..

14 years old and casually benching 120kgs for reps 🥴

Trained before school.
Trained after school.
Trained school holidays.

Dad will drop him off.
Caught the train.
Caught an Uber.
He just found a way - No excuses.

The Talent was always there ..
It was the Hard work and discipline at such a young age for me.

Still the respectful and humble kid today from day one 🤝

Grateful for the opportunity for allowing me to work with Sam over the years 🤍🙏🏽
