Lots going on at Penguin Cricket Club 🐧🏏

First Junior training tonight… on a blustery spring afternoon there were 18 kids turn up 😁 This is such a great turnout and gee it’s great to see them all so keen 💙🩵

Men’s training also had a good turn out, and selections are being drafted ready for round 1 this coming Saturday.

Tomorrow afternoon will be our very first Women’s training night 🩵💙🐧🏏 We are so excited for this to all come together this year!!

If you want to be part of our club you are more than welcome to join in on a training at any time. Please message us for the details ☺️

One of these was at PCC last season and one wasn’t… BUT this season we have them both 😁 💃🕺

🏏🐧 Welcome back to the PCC family Mark Brown 🐧🏏

Mark is returning to Penguin CC to take charge of our return to A Grade as Captain this season. Mark is such a cool calm and collected player and leader. We love having him back and can not wait to see what he and the team can produce this season ☺️

Also, how great is Blackley Pipelines & Irrigation for the support they show to clubs all along the coast? We are so very lucky to have them onboard as a sponsor for another season 💙🩵

6 days until round 1 kicks off, who’s excited??

There’s a great feeling about Dial Park at the moment and it’s a bit exciting 😊

Thanks Cricket Tasmania for the opportunity to share our story 🐧🏏

"Some of our best moments are when the camp chairs come out, the music turns up, silly games are being played, juniors are in the nets and pizza is being delivered." Penguin Cricket Club

The Penguin Cricket Club are thrilled to announce the signing of Jack Burns for the 2026/27 season.

A talented top order batsman, a great tactician and thinker of the game, and a great all round human being 😊

We can’t wait to see the impact Jack has on our playing group and our club as a whole, and to see the Burns name back at the Penguin Cricket Club which started with his father Rick many years ago.

Please join us in welcoming Jack, his son Theo, and his extended family to the Penguin Cricket Club 🐧🏏
