We’re shaking things up on November 3rd. It’ll be the same energy but with a stronger focus.

⚪️ LIFT: Full body weights day
🔴 HYBRID: Full body strength and conditioning
🔵 HYROX: Running-focused conditioning
🟡 COMMUNITY SWEAT: Team-based fun workouts (mostly 🫢)

Sessions usually last 45-55 minutes but we’ll occasionally have a 60-minute Saturday sweat so keep an eye out! 😊
