A compact and portable solution for high pressure gas applications, a Trident 401 Series Gas Booster Unit recently built at Trident. Suitable for applications including gas pressure testing, system pressurisation and accumulator charging, the 401 Series uses an air driven booster to increase gas pressure to the required level.

Housed in a durable wheeled case for easy transport between worksites, the 401 Series can be configured for pressures up to 20,000 psi, incorporating pressure monitoring and isolation controls, with NATA calibration available for fitted gauges.

Throughout National Safe Work Month, our team at Trident Australia has continued building on earlier safety conversations by sharing experiences, identifying emerging risks, and exploring opportunities to further strengthen safety across our workplace.

Importantly, the team focused on practical actions we can take to strengthen our safety culture beyond October, with a continued focus on risk awareness, consultation, and continuous improvement.

One of the most powerful parts of these conversations was hearing our staff share their own personal experiences. These stories were a reminder that workplace injuries don't just affect the individual involved, they can have lasting impacts on families, friends, and colleagues.

As National Safe Work Month continues, so does our commitment to creating a workplace where everyone goes home safe and healthy every day.

Supporting rail maintenance and infrastructure projects with hydraulic tooling from Enerpac.

The Enerpac RP70A2L Rail Stressor provides controlled hydraulic force for rail stressing applications, helping maintenance crews accurately position and hold the rails during welding operations.

With a 70 tonne capacity and 380 mm stroke, the lightweight modular system allows for quick onsite assembly, with both overmount and undermount configurations to suit different track requirements.

Our Trident 701 Series Test & Flush HPU combines flushing and pressure testing capabilities in a single unit, supporting both onshore and offshore applications.

With a recent build of the 701 Series, our manufacturing team has incorporated a practical improvement to the unit's layout as part of our ongoing focus on refining our designs to improve operation, accessibility and safety.

The low pressure and return valves are now panel mounted on the side of the unit, providing clearer identification and easier access during operation.

Today is World Mental Health Day. As we recognise National Safe Work Month throughout October, it's also an important reminder that a safe and healthy workplace includes looking after our mental health and wellbeing. Start a Conversation 💬

This week, our team took on the challenge to “Start a Conversation” by talking about why health and safety matters and identified ways to make work safer and healthier.

When asked, "What does getting home safely mean to you?", the responses were simple but powerful:
- Arrive home happy, healthy and uninjured
- Ensure our colleagues go home safely
- Be there for our families and loved ones

These discussions highlighted key workplace risks. These risks are not just physical risks, but psychosocial. These include:
- Mobile plant associated risk
- Complacency
- Stress

As a result, our team members have committed to:
🚫 No Mobile When Mobile
🚜 Increased awareness of speed limits and plant operations
📖 Better use of work instructions and procedures

These conversations remind us that safety is more than compliance. It's about looking out for each other and making sure everyone gets home safe every day. The team will rejoin in two weeks to discuss what impact they have felt from having those conversations and keeping each other accountable.

Circling back to Day 1 at Land Forces 2026.

A great start to what promises to be a big few days for the Australian Defence industry. We’re proud to be representing Trident Australia alongside an impressive group of Western Australian companies on the Defence West stand.

Day 1 was all about conversations — catching up with existing partners and industry colleagues, meeting new people and talking about where Trident can support Defence through our capabilities in fluid transfer, asset integrity, testing, engineering, fabrication and sustainment.

It was also great to see the strength of the WA defence ecosystem on display.

A big thank you to the Defence West team for bringing everyone together and creating a fantastic platform for WA industry.

Day 1 done. Plenty more to come.
