It takes tremendous courage to enter in a big competition like this for the first time in only year 2 of doing karate! We had such a fun day surrounded by many other athletes from the club

Very proud of how each of you took on the challenge and gave it their all! Thanks to everyone who helped out today and supported as well!

Here’s to many more comps and hopefully the start of a long competitive career 💪🏼

What a moment! 🙌🏼
It takes a lot of courage to jump into your daughter’s karate class surrounded by primary school kids and then to tackle a grading shortly after - and smash it by the way!!

Very proud of Rob for the commitment he has shown to training with the kiddos, a willingness to learn something new and be a pioneer for more parents sitting on the sidelines and other adults to join in!

Great work Rob, here’s to many more 💪🏼 Jas is still a higher belt than you though
