Eating healthy?
Exercising?

Here are 4 reasons why:✨

1. Not enough protein 🍳
Protein helps keep you full and can reduce cravings.

Tip: Add a source of protein to every meal.

2. Not doing strength training 💪
Building muscle can help support fat loss.

Tip: Aim for 2–3 strength sessions each week.

3. Poor sleep 😴
Less sleep can increase hunger and cravings.

Tip: Try to get 7–9 hours of sleep each night.

4. High stress ❤️
Stress can affect your appetite, energy, and food choices.

Tip: Go for a walk, get outside, or take 10 minutes to yourself each day.

There’s something deeply powerful about watching women train together. ✨

Not because of how they look.

But because of what’s happening underneath it all.

Every lift is a conversation with themselves.
Every pause is a moment of choice.
Every time they keep going when it gets hard… it’s not about fitness anymore.✨

It’s about learning they don’t have to give up on themselves when life gets heavy.

And if you’ve ever been in that space, where you feel tired, stretched, disconnected from your body or yourself , you’ll know this feeling.

Some of these women are rebuilding.
Some are relearning trust in their bodies.
Some are simply showing up because it’s the first thing they’ve done all day just for them.✨

And none of it looks loud.

It looks like shaking hands finishing the set.
It looks like laughing through discomfort.
It looks like choosing to stay instead of quitting early.
It looks like coming back… even after a hard week.

This isn’t just training.✨

It’s a space where women remember:

One comment can change your life… and I know so many of us carry words that were never meant to stay with us, but did anyway. 🥺

✨ Maybe it changed the way you see your body.
✨ Maybe it changed how confident you feel walking into a room.
✨Maybe it made you second guess yourself more than you should have.

But here’s what I also know.

One moment doesn’t get the final say over who you become.

Because so can one community.
So can one decision to show up differently for yourself.

We spent our Sunday morning slowing down, reconnecting, and filling our cups with a beautiful yoga session led by the wonderful Shelley 🩷✨

Taking time to move gently, breathe deeply, and be present is something many of us don’t do often enough. In a world that encourages us to keep pushing, yoga reminds us that there is also strength in slowing down.

These moments are about so much more than flexibility or movement. They’re about creating space for ourselves, reducing stress, improving wellbeing, and reconnecting with our bodies with kindness and gratitude.

One of the things I love most about the FWK community is that we embrace all aspects of health. It’s not just about training hard. It’s about supporting our bodies through movement, recovery, connection, education, and self-care.

So grateful to spend the morning alongside incredible women who continue to show up for themselves and each other. 🩷

A huge thank you to Shelley for sharing your time, energy, and expertise with us and helping us start our Sunday feeling calm, grounded, and empowered.
