🕊️Vale Stephen Cleaver 🕊️

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Stephen (Steve) Cleaver, who passed away peacefully on 12th August at the LGH after a long battle with emphysema.

Steve was the backbone of our bowls club for many years, managing the bar and being a keen bowler. He was a proud clubman who generously gave his time, always doing his part to help our club prosper and grow.

Steve was a friend to many, both on and off the field, and his presence, friendship and dedication will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

Our deepest condolences go to Tony and all of Steve’s family at this very difficult time.

Cheers to you🍻Steve. Rest peacefully. You will never be forgotten.

Steve’s wishes were for a private cremation. Tony and the family would like to invite everyone to join them at Cosgrove Park Bowls Club
Saturday 22nd August
from 1pm–4pm
for afternoon tea and a drink to celebrate Steve’s life, share memories and remember the good times.
