Jake was in a full scrap at War on the Northshore on Friday night and unfortunately lost the decision.
We're so proud of Jake, when his opponent pulled out last minute he didn't hesitate in taking a fight at a higher weight and performed so well. What a champ 💪

YTG! Tess and Shion both killed it at the NSWBJJF Winter Cup on Sunday.
Tess finished the day with 🥇🥇and FOUR armbars
Shion won 🥇🥇🥇 and finished with THREE armbars of her own!
They both also won cash prizes on the day for being such beasts 💲💲🤑

Congratulations to the massive Movement team that competed yesterday at the Grappling Industries Sydney comp!
Congratulations to Shion for winning 🥇🥈, Sami for winning 🥈 and Aston for winning 🥉.
We are also very proud of Alan, Cam, A***n, Sebastian, David and Lachlan for stepping on the mats to test themselves, most of them being their first time!
