What a way to officially wrap up our 2026 season!
Saturday’s Presentation Luncheon was a chance to celebrate another year of Tuskers rugby and recognise the players and people who have contributed so much to our club throughout the season.

We also celebrated two incredible playing milestones, with Eric Whitton recognised for an outstanding 250 games in Tuskers colours and Samantha Jordan for reaching an incredible 100 games. A huge achievement from two people who have given so much to our club.
CLUB PERSON OF THE YEAR — MONIQUE KITCHENER
A huge congratulations to Monique Kitchener, who was awarded the 2026 Club Person of the Year.
From her work behind the scenes as Club Secretary, to keeping everyone up to date through the club’s social media and everything else she puts her hand up for throughout the season, Monique’s contribution to the Tuskers extends well beyond pulling on the jersey each weekend.
A very well-deserved recognition for the time and effort she continues to put into the club. ❤️💙
LIFE MEMBERSHIP — BILL McCRONE
One of the most special moments of the afternoon was seeing Bill McCrone awarded Life Membership of the Temora Rugby Union Club.
Bill has given an incredible amount of time, effort and dedication to the Tuskers over the years. His contribution goes well beyond what happens on the field, and the impact he has had on our players, particularly our Tuskerettes, and the wider club is something we are extremely grateful for.
There couldn’t be a more deserving recognition. Congratulations Bill, and thank you for everything you have given and continue to give to our club. A very proud moment for the entire Tusker family.
Congratulations again to all of our award winners, milestone players and our newest Life Member.
A huge thank you also goes to our coaches, committee, volunteers, sponsors, supporters and everyone behind the scenes who contributed throughout the year. 2026 has certainly been another season to remember.
