Semi - Finals are here.

To guarantee a seamless finals experience, we will be continuing our game-day reminders:

✅ 2 scorers & 2 timekeepers are required for each game of the final series.
✅ The scorers and timekeeper will sit in the allocated area inline with the centre circle courtside - they are NOT to leave this designated area and must stay together during all breaks and stoppages (see map).
✅ Games are not centrally timed and each each grades schedule is as follows:
⏳ Juniors - 4x 12 min Quarters
Breaks 2 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins
🕕Intermediates - 4x 12 min Quarters
Breaks 2 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins
⌛️Cadets - 4x 15 min Quarters
Breaks 2 mins, 3 mins, 2 mins
🕕 Seniors -4x 15 min Quarters
Breaks 3 mins, 5 mins, 3 mins
✅ Both team scorers are responsible for filling in starting player positions at each interval.
✅ The home team scorer will mark off the goals scored for each team, which will be checked by the away team scorer.
✅ Spectators are to sit within the designated areas only opposite from Stadium
✅ Coaches & Players are to stay within the designated areas only, seated on stadium side of courts (see map).
✅ Only players with their names printed on the score sheet can take the court or previously approved by IDNA.
✅ Each team may nominate 1 person to approach the scorers at each interval to confirm the score. No other person should approach the scorers other than officials from the Association.
✅ Should the score be drawn at the end of play, the 'drawn game procedure' will take effect.
✅ All Players, Coaches and Spectators have a duty to follow our 'Rules Of Competiton' & 'Code Of Conduct'. Unacceptable and aggressive behaviour will NOT be tolerated.

As we head into our Final Series, the excitement gets bigger, the games get tighter and emotions can run a little higher. It’s the perfect time to come back to our 10 Key Values and remember the example we set from the sidelines.

Our players deserve the opportunity to compete, learn and enjoy their netball journey — supported by the people around them.

Finals bring pressure, but they also bring an opportunity to show what our netball community stands for. Cheer loudly. Encourage freely. Respect every player, coach and official. Celebrate the effort — whatever the scoreboard says.

Because when the final whistle blows, the result is only one part of the story. How we made our players feel is something they’ll remember. ❤️

Becoming Minor Premiers takes a whole season of consistency, commitment, teamwork and showing up week after week. These teams have worked incredibly hard to earn their place at the top of the ladder, and we couldn’t be more proud !

What an incredible achievement! This weekend, 11 Norths teams will take the court in Semi Finals, and we couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them!

Now it’s time to get behind each other.

If you’re playing before or after another Norths team, stick around, head to their court and cheer them on! Bring the noise, wear your red and white and let’s make sure every team feels the support of their Norths family from the sideline.

And if your season has finished, we’d LOVE to see you back at the courts supporting our finalists! Wear your Norths colours, bring the family and come down to make some noise.

Finals are about more than what happens on court. They’re about club spirit, supporting your mates and celebrating each other’s success.
