Since 1991, the Adelaide Hills Hawks have been more than just a football club. Built by local families, volunteers and a passion for developing players in the Adelaide Hills, the Hawks have proudly provided opportunities for young footballers to learn, grow and belong for over three decades.

As one of the Hills’ most established football clubs, we are committed to creating a positive environment where players of all ages and abilities can enjoy the game, make lifelong friends and reach their potential.

This July, we’re opening our doors and inviting boys and girls aged 7+ to join us for our FREE School Holiday Clinics at The Hawks Nest, Woodside.

✅ Fun, engaging football activities and skill development
✅ Open to all players, whether you’re new to football or already playing
✅ Community-focused environment with a pathway from juniors through to senior football

At Adelaide Hills Hawks, promoting youth and loyalty has always been part of our identity. From juniors through to senior football, developing our own players is what this club has been built on for generations.

At the halfway point of the season, it’s important to recognise the efforts of all our Hawks — young and old — both on and off the pitch. The culture within this group, and the leadership helping guide our younger players, continues to reflect what this club is all about.

Match Report - U13 Girls - Hawks vs Jaguars ⚽

Today, the girls played against the Jaguars at their home ground. They served up a tougher game than the last time we played them.

This time we didn’t have any subs. Along with not having any subs, it was raining on and off, which made the pitch soggier throughout the game.

Emma, throughout the game, switched up positions and challenged the girls to go out of their comfort zone and try something new. The first goal to be scored was nicely placed by Lilly and the second one followed by Sophie. This was the first time Sophie had scored all season and had another cracking shot that also went in!

Throughout the game, each girl got a chance to have a shot at the goal to practice the low and hard and in the corner, which has been an occurring topic when they train.

Overall, the game had good sportsmanship which carried on after the game when the Jaguars came over to share their lollies with us!

Final Score: Jaguars 0-12 Hawks 🦅⚽

Given that it is Volunteer Week, today we have some of our senior players in the canteen helping out so our lovely bar staff have an opportunity to watch some football.
