🔍 Role Overview
You will work closely with the core team, supporting day-to-day operations, content preparation, and digital activities. This role offers exposure to multiple areas; a strong opportunity for long-term growth.

🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Order management & maintaining records
- Data entry & software updates
- Artwork preparation & basic design coordination
- Content preparation (product, website & internal use)
- Basic image editing
- Website content updates & management
- Social media posting & basic management
- Documentation & process support

- 6 Days/Week (Friday or Sunday Off)
- Remote (initially) → Office (later)
- Flexible start (around 11:00 AM)

💰 Compensation
- BDT 15,000 – 18,000 (Starting)
- Growth based on performance

We’re Hiring: Junior Content & Digital Media Specialist

We’re looking for someone creative, honest, proactive, and responsible, someone who takes ownership of their work and delivers measurable results.

𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-time, Remote
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬: Approx. 8 hours daily, flexible schedule with core availability between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐚𝐲𝐬: Saturday (half-day) to Thursday (Friday is the weekly holiday).
𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭: 3–6 months probation, Permanent based on performance.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

- Create and publish engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, blogs, videos) across social media platforms.
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing creative campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Update and manage website content, ensuring consistency with brand voice and SEO optimization.
- Apply effective social media marketing techniques (hashtags, algorithms, paid ads, audience targeting, community engagement) to grow reach, engagement, and leads.
- Edit and produce videos (short/long-form, reels, YouTube shorts, promo clips) and graphics/images for campaigns.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, design automation tools, analytics platforms) to boost productivity, generate ideas, and improve content quality.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to keep strategies relevant.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Plan the next day’s tasks in advance, deliver incremental results daily, and maintain accountability.
- Ensure all communication and activities follow ethical, transparent, and professional standards.
Perform any other activities aligned with the job role and objectives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

English: Strong written & verbal.
Design: Basic Canva/Photoshop (or similar).
Video: CapCut/Premiere Pro or similar (basic–intermediate).
Marketing: Algorithms, hashtags, targeting, boosting/ads, engagement.
Web CMS: WordPress (or similar).
Mindset: Transparent, accountable, team player (internship/project exp. preferred).

𝐇𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 (𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐞)

Laptop/PC (min i5 or equivalent; 16GB RAM recommended), stable internet (≥10 Mbps), quiet workspace with good lighting, headset with mic. Backup for power/internet (hotspot/UPS) is a plus.

𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞

We value results but expect ~8 hours daily.
Flexible hours; dedicated prayer breaks.
If unwell or low-energy, take a rest day.
Probation leave: unpaid. After confirmation: 2 paid off days/month.
We uphold ethics and accountability to Allah (SWT);
falsehood or injustice isn’t tolerated.
Remote-first.
Onboarding includes NDA and following official processes.

𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: 15,000–20,000 BDT/month. After Confirmation: Min 20% salary increase (up to 30% for excellent performance).
