Let’s talk carbs! 🍽️
There’s still a lot of confusion out there. Carbs make you fat. Cut the carbs. Avoid them after 6PM.
But here’s the thing — carbs are not your enemy. They’re your fuel.
Without them, your energy drops. Your focus fades. And your body has nothing to work with.
The real question isn’t whether you should eat carbs. It’s which ones, how much, and when.
