Motshelo Mobile App

10/10/2026

In 2023 When the concept of using Motshelo Mobile App to help home seekers to build their own homes and provide them with the dignity of a roof over their heads.
A lot of people thought this is a scam, this Friday 64 home seekers will be shown their own plots in Mmatseta and construction start immediately.
The concept is simple, let's say we are 100 and we all are looking for homes and we either buy our own land or approach the government to tape into the Bonno Housing Scheme.
If we all build our houses in one area as a group but individually funding our house for example we go look for one contractor and negotiate at group or go to buy cement as a group ultimately it's cost effective than doing it alone.
So Motshelo Mobile App is there to facilitate these group transactions and other necessary modalities.
In Ramotswa there is another group looking for 177 member land already provided by the Government. What you need to do is to join the group and build together.
