You can split the 60 minutes in parts, as long as you hit that minimum in the whole weekend - that's what matters!
I'll let you in on a secret: as trainers, we would rather you walk 15-30minutes at a time and do that 2-4x in 2 days!

INTRODUCING OUR LEGEND'S PROGRAM!
Originally, this program featured just one class designed for individuals aged 55 and over. However, as our Legends grew stronger and more fit, we recognized the need to expand! We've added two additional class levels to ensure we can continue supporting everyone on their journey to greater strength.
Level 1
Perfect for beginners, our Level 1 classes empower you to take control of your health and fitness journey. These sessions focus on building confidence, improving mobility, and establishing a solid foundation for a healthier lifestyle.
Level 2
If you’ve built a strong foundation and feel comfortable with movement, Level 2 is for you. These classes focus on building muscle and strength through structured strength training, helping you take your fitness to the next level.
Level 3
Ideal for those with a solid fitness foundation, Level 3 classes offer a dynamic blend of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning. These sessions are designed to challenge you, build resilience, and support a balanced, active lifestyle without pushing for extremes.
Important: To join Level 2 or 3, an initial assessment with our trainer is required to ensure you’re placed in the best class for your needs and goals.
