We had a wonderful time having showing the classes of Cumberland North Academy some warm up exercises and a judo foot sweep technique.

A huge shout out to phys.ed. teacher Mr.Mitton who was very helpful and accommodating with our lesson.

And thank you to the staff and administration at the school for letting us share our love of judo with their students.

We hope to see some kiddos from CNA coming out to try a lesson or two at the dojo!

We’ll also be at the school tomorrow and next Tuesday introducing judo to all during their PE class.
