The Amherst Junior Ramblers Hockey Club was founded in 1967 by Amherst lawyer, Moe Bent. The Ramblers played in the New Brunswick Junior Hockey League during their first season and won the league championship. The Ramblers joined the fledging Metro-Valley League of Nova Scotia for its second season in 1968-69. The Metro-Valley League has evolved into the Maritime Junior A Hockey League that we hav
