🚨 NEW CLASS 🚨
We know that entering a yoga studio can feel overwhelming at first, I mean what even is a vinyasa? What is ujay breathing?
These weekly classes are designed to be a safe space for practitioners who are brand new to yoga as well as those who are longtime practitioners and want to refine their alignment and foundations. Moving at a slower pace these classes will act as a workshop to refine alignment, ask questions about foundational poses, receive hands on adjustments, and focus on creating a solid base for your practice to be built off of.
Remember a stable house can’t be built off of a shaky foundation 🏠
Mondays 4:30pm with Natalie Smith
Wednesday 4:30pm with Colemen

Join us this winter for our second 200-hour yoga teacher training program!
While many programs cram 200 hours into 30 intense days, that rapid pace rarely leaves enough time for true integration of the material. Our 6-month format spans over several months, giving you time to absorb the material, practice what you learn, and seamlessly integrate the teachings into your daily life.
This training is led by Erin Evans who brings 27 years of personal practice and 14 years of teacher training experience to the table. Joining Erin will be supporting Flow State faculty that bring their own unique wisdom to the practice.
Whether you want to step into the role of a teacher or simply deepen your practice as a student this program is for you! So if you are at all interested and feeling the call, reach out to us to learn more and secure your spot!

Seasons of practice and balance 🌞
Regardless of what stage of life we’re in, our yoga practice should bring forth our unique strengths, talents, and inner wisdom. It should help us move through the world with greater ease, grounding, and acceptance.
Right now, summer marks the peak of yang energy in the seasonal cycle, it is expansive, expressive, and social. When in balance, summer creates joy, charisma, laughter, and deep connection. But when out of balance, that excess energy can manifest as anxiety, restlessness, or burnout. During this season it is a beautiful time to look at your practice through this lens: how can it actively balance and serve the rest of my life right now?
Perhaps I need this breath technique right now, maybe I need to tap more into the yin qualities of my practice, or maybe I need a bit of fire lit under me.
Remember we practice to live, not live to practice.
