Hello Everyone!

Just a few important notes, as we return to our training;

First off, the front door is snowed in…. Who’s ready for Spring!?! 🙂

That being said, we will all use the entrance to the lower level, until the snow melts.

I am asking everyone, to PLEASE REMOVE THEIR OUTDOOR SHOES & BOOTS DOWNSTAIRS, to keep the hall and Dojo clean. Parents are welcome to bring slippers or clean indoor shoes for inside.

As for Students, things to bring;

# 1 : Dojo Bag with the following;

-Clean Indoor Flip Flops or crocs for use in washrooms\ change rooms.

-Water Bottle.

-Mouthguard.

-Boxing Gloves & Pads, as we will be getting right back into our kickboxing!

# 2 : Your A game, Always Bring your A Game!!!
