Yesterday was the NSCA Awards of Excellence ceremony, and Bridgewater was well represented. Congratulations to all of our wonderful curlers!

Our MLA, Becky Druhan, recently read a statement at the House of Assembly congratulating the Bridgewater Curling Club for our hosting of the 2026 Mixed Provincial Stick Curling Championship. Thanks Becky Druhan, MLA Lunenburg West, and well done to everyone who helped organize such a successful event.

2026 Canadian WOMENS Stick Championship - Nova Scotia Curling

Congratulations to two of our Bridgewater curlers! Mike Nauss and Jason van Vonderen playing on a team representing Nova Scotia Firefighters finished 4th in the 2026 Firefighter nationals in Truro.

All that’s left to do is Wreck the Ice at our skating party, tomorrow, Sunday 1-3 pm (and ice cream sundae bar). Hope to see you there!
