It’s not a competition: it’s a global celebration of movement, creativity, and teamwork through gymnastics for all ages and abilities.

The first World Gymnaestrada was held in 1953 in Rotterdam, but unlike traditional gymnastics events, Gymnaestrada was designed to celebrate “Gymnastics for All” . It is meant to focus on group performances, creativity, and participation rather than medals or rankings.

This summer GNS will host Nova Scotia's 5th Gymnaestrada held on June 28th and hosted by Titans Gymnastics and Trampoline Club! Save the date!

No judges. Just performance, expression, and fun.
