✨ Happy Birthday to Miss Sophia! ✨
From those big sparkling eyes, those impossibly cute cheeks, and that little girl who was always so ready to dance… to the beautiful young teacher standing before us today. 🤍
What makes this before-and-after especially meaningful is everything that happened in between.
Miss Sophia has been part of the MWDA family for many years, and last season she stepped into her first year of teaching with us. Now, as she begins her second season, we’re watching her grow into something so incredibly special.
She has always understood that you get out of dance what you put into it.
She has shown up. She has worked hard. She has stayed committed to her training, even when life became busy and there were plenty of other things competing for her time and attention. She has continued to challenge herself, to learn, to grow, and to care deeply about becoming the best dancer and teacher she can be.
And that dedication shows.
It shows in the dancer she has become.
It shows in the person she has grown into.
And now, it shows in the teacher she is becoming.
There is something so special about watching a dancer who was once learning from us begin to pass that same love, discipline, commitment and belief in dance on to the next generation. She knows firsthand what is possible when you truly give yourself to something and now her dancers get to learn from that example, too.
Miss Sophia, we are so proud of you. This is only the beginning of your teaching journey, and we cannot wait to see where your dedication, heart and love for dance take you next.
Happy Birthday! 💜 We are so lucky to have you as part of our MWDA family.
