We are Closed today • We take this day to honor, recognize, and remember the children who never came home. The survivors and their families as well as the indigenous community across canada.

Let's stand together in respect, reflection and a commitment to a better future 🙏❤️🍁

Our team is SO awesome! 🔥

Energy is high, everyone works hard, and we know how to work together, challenge each other, and push each other to the next level. 💪🏼

Training isn’t easy… but somehow, we always want MORE. 😎

That’s what makes our team different. We don’t look for the easy way—we earn it 👊🏼
Sometimes we feel like throwing up… and sometimes we actually might! 🤭😂
But there’s an awesome feeling that comes afterward when you realize:

“I’m ready to take on more 🔥🔥🔥”

Because every hard session makes us stronger, tougher, and more prepared. 🔥

No shortcuts.
No easy way.
Earn it.

Copy it. Share it. Post it. Spread the energy of your club! 🥋🔥

When our members want to bring a friend, we will offer one free trial day until end of October. Make sure to message or notify Master C ahead of time 😉

I don’t think Lamar realizes the impact she has on our team 💪🔥
Her natural talent is undeniable, but what people don’t see from the outside is how relentlessly hard she works behind the scenes and how genuinely she connects with everyone around her.

She hasn’t missed a single practice, camp, or event, even completing her belt testing right before traveling to Peru. She is living proof that actions speak louder than words. When she’s hurt, she ices, communicates, and keeps her coach informed never to make excuses or ask for time off, but simply to stay accountable.

In the chair, she communicates, analyzes opponents, talks through tactics with her coach, and executes the game plan with complete trust.

The pressure was real today, but she went out there, took on tough opponents, and secured her triple gold of the season like a true champion. 👑

Lamar, you’re unstoppable because your work ethic matches your talent. So proud of you and had so much fun coaching you through that final! 🥇✨😘

This girl and I, we just had an absolute blast out there 🔥🥳

When preparation meets unwavering trust, magic happens on the mats. She was confident, locked in with relentless focus, yet never once losing the smile that comes from genuinely loving the fight.

That is the secret: believing so deeply in the work you’ve put in behind closed doors that you can step onto the world stage and simply 'do.'

🥇 2026 National Champion
🥇 2026 Canada Open Champion
🥇 2026 President’s Cup Champion

The medals tell one part of the story, but the character, composure, and heart behind them tell the real one. That triple crown self-explains who she is and what she is capable of.

Sitting in that coach’s chair was pure pride. On to the next chapter ❤️ Thank you Anureet for fun day 😘

CONGRATULATIONS, Harveen! 🥉🔥

Youre the true example that proves 'perseverance wins every time.' Through the falls, injuries, and the bittersweet grind of fighting for your own moment while cheering on your teammates, you never stopped working💪

In her final year as a junior, she made her breakthrough!! taking Bronze at the Canada Open earlier in the year and now another Bronze at the G3 President’s Cup! 🥉🥉

You're incredible, and a great role model to everyone. I hope all the athletes and students who read this understand that you have to keep going, keep trying, and keep knocking on the door. You have to be ready when opportunity comes because you won't even realize you missed your chance if you spend your time complaining, giving up, and only showing up when you feel like to.

So grateful to coach you here in Peru 🇵🇪 and witness your awakening firsthand! ♡
