Check In on Your Team This October😥😓😊
Your team sees each other every week. That makes your club one of the best places in Calgary to start a conversation about mental health.
From October 5–11, National Depression Screening Day invites everyone to take a free, anonymous quiz at areyoufeelingok.com. It takes a few minutes, it's completely private, and it can be the first step toward feeling like yourself again.
Because belonging on a team means someone notices when you're not okay.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 9-8-8 anytime.

As we blow out the end of outdoor , we will have a full sweep into the indoor season. We can never get too much of a good thing - so just know the wait for indoor season is right around the corner. Fresh green grass will be traded in for a roof or a dome - the play goes on..

🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation 🧡

Today, we pause to listen, learn, remember and reflect.

As a soccer community, we bring together people from different backgrounds, cultures and lived experiences. That diversity is part of what makes our game and our community so special — but building a truly inclusive community begins with understanding the history we share.

On September 30, we honour the Survivors of residential schools, remember the children who never returned home, and recognize the lasting impacts on Indigenous peoples, families and communities.

🧡 Every jersey. Every team. Every community.
We all have a role to play in listening, learning and moving forward together — with respect, understanding and reconciliation.

Today and every day, we encourage our CUSA community to take the time to learn, reflect and have meaningful conversations.

We remember. We listen. We learn. We move forward together.

You all came to play with heart and sportsmanship. Nothing was left but to proud of your efforts, hoist a cup or be humble. Be very proud of your efforts!
There have been a few team pics of the celebrations, and we want these ones to stand on our grid as a testament to the event.
Well done all!!!💪⚽

Look at these two teams - Young and the Rested (white) and Rat Pack (yellow) 👀
They mixed it up all right - in the name of Fair Play, Sportsmanship and Friendship!
The two teams showed up with one thing in mind - have fun playing soccer and show their support to a valued friend, teammate, and opponent in the CUSA COED Community. 🙏
This is what the COED community is all about!
