Ran a half today. 1:27. second fastest I’ve run, very happy with that.
All things considered, not bad given the beers consumed golfing and while watching the hockey game yesterday.
First race in a while where I wasn’t chasing a time. No intense pump-up music, just Latin/Reggaeton and vibing.
Awesome course. Halifax is fun and challenging. Point Pleasant Park is a serious love-hate.
Also didn’t need to stop for a mid-race p**p. Wins across the board.
