The key with this move is to focus on shifting the tailbone back instead of bowing by leading with the head or shoulders forward. Great action shot of skipping today! We skipped a whole fling and a half tulloch. Then we took turns turning the rope for one person in the middle. Guess who lasted the longest in the middle? Teacher K! 🌟🏆I purposely stopped after 20 jumps since no one else made it past 8.
