Arden is a 5th Degree Black belt and has been training for 28 years and teaching for 23.

It’s always a sad day when students move away and have to quit class but it’s notes like this that remind us why we teach Taekwon-do. It isn’t about throwing belts at them to keep them enrolled, it’s about teaching them life skills to make them better versions of themselves.
