Full day of coaching at Grappling Industries . Dark Horse had competitors from the beginning to close to the end and everyone did amazing. Coaching is an interesting thing. No two students are the same and so the coaching should reflect that. Some like specific details in a low controlled voice, frame across the hips with your right arm. Some need to be reminded to breathe, relax, control their posture. While others don’t respond to technical advice and can get overwhelmed, so instead they want to just hear an excited voice rooting for them. Some are just wanting a person in their corner so just your presence sitting in the chair rooting for them is enough.
I watch how coaches instruct their students and take in how they do this, everyone is different as it should be.
Next up is Rumble in the Cage, and then Sub Ace!!
Thank you Anett Meszaros for the amazing photo, I’m always grateful for your presence at all these tournaments!

I think the world would be a better place if more people knew how much it hurts to be punched in the face. People would respect one another a little more I think.

Is what it is I guess
