The best moments don’t always happen on the race course.
From launching boats and cheering on teammates to celebrating every finish line, the Nova Scotia Sprints were a reminder that rowing is about so much more than racing.
Thank you to everyone who made it a memorable weekend. Onward to our next training session and one stroke closer to Italy.
One weekend. One regatta. Countless moments of focus, grit, and teamwork.
