Clear your schedule for Sunday, September 20. Coach Tonia is running a Ladies Only Open Mat & Gear Swap at 10:00 AM.

Come get some rounds in, swap out your old training gear for something new, and train with a great group of women.

Location: Union Jiu-Jitsu, 55 Forest St (Door B), Chatham.
