“How much house can I afford?”

Maybe it’s:

“What kind of life do I want my property to give me?”

For some BC buyers, a smaller home can open up the possibility of prioritizing the things that often get sacrificed for square footage… land, privacy, nature, outdoor space and flexibility.

Of course, a tiny home still needs the right place to go. Zoning, permitted use, servicing and property requirements all need to line up.

But once they do, the possibilities can be pretty exciting. 🌲

There’s something funny about a house that once felt full suddenly feeling… really big.

When the kids move out, your home doesn’t necessarily need to keep getting bigger with your life.

For some empty nesters, downsizing can mean choosing a space that feels more manageable, intentional and aligned with how they actually want to spend their time.

Because having less house doesn’t have to mean having less life. Sometimes, it means having more of it. 🤍

What if “downsizing” didn’t mean giving up the lifestyle you love?

For some BC buyers, a tiny home is less about having less, and more about creating room for the things that actually matter.

Lower maintenance. A simpler footprint. More connection to the outdoors. And potentially more flexibility in where and how you live.

Of course, the home is only one piece of the puzzle. You’ll need a suitable property and the right zoning/servicing to make tiny home living work.
