Had my clients use party blowers to make sure they were breathing… wish I could take credit for coming up with this… it’s brilliant! No cheating and holding your breathe… a little extra focus needed and a few laughs after lol😊😂🤣

Be Restored is an invitation to gently reconnect with your body and replenish your nervous system. This 60 minute class is designed to help you release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate a deeper sense of calm through intentional resting postures.
In this mat based class, we will explore a blend of static stretches, breathwork and other somatic practices that help you become more aware of how your body feels from the inside out. These postures are held for extended periods of time and as such, are accessible to all and designed to support circulation, joint health, and overall physical ease.
Students will be guided through restorative postures and breathwork that encourage the body to soften, the mind to settle, and the nervous system to shift out of stress and into a state of restoration. This combination can help reduce inflammation, improve flexibility, and support overall wellbeing.
This class is particularly helpful for those experiencing stress, fatigue, or physical tension from daily life. Come as you are and give yourself the space to pause, breathe, and restore.
Leave feeling more open, grounded, and renewed—ready to step back into your life with greater ease and balance.
Meet your body where it’s at. Clients will hear this often from me. That means we layer things… we add levels as we go to ensure success of the movement.

Happy spring everyone! Warm weather is here and there are so many activities for us to do outside. Pilates is the perfect way to strengthen the body for those activities as it is an overall body workout. Never too late to start and there are 2 Fundamentals classes in May to introduce you to what Pilates is. Attached is May calendar ...hope to see you soon!
