Summer Camp Excellerator Weeks 2026

Summer is on its way and it’s time to start planning your training schedule. These camps are suitable to all students from white to black belt.

All ages 5 and up are welcome!

Week #3 Monday August 10th to Friday August 14th $259 includes Special Camp T-Shirt
9am-12pm

Week #4 Monday August 17th to Friday August 21st $259 includes Special Camp T-Shirt
9am-12pm

What is Excellerator week?

Exceleration week is a one week training program that runs Monday to Friday in the morning 9am-12pm. Students can take the program and graduate one belt level in one week. It’s like training 2 months in only 1 week.

What are the benefits?

Progress and improvement in martial arts requires repetition. Students of all ages who take the 5 day program will dramatically improve in all areas of their training. You will not only learn and improve all the techniques required to test, but also greatly improve your physical and mental abilities. Students can expect to increase stamina, concentration, discipline, energy, speed, power, flexibility, knowledge and manner to name a few. You will feel renewed, refreshed and ready for more afterwards!

How do I sign up?

Just fill out the registration form, the Excellerator Week course is $259 and includes a Special Camp T-Shirt. Total is $259 plus GST= $271.95. Be sure to bring snacks and water each day as well as any necessary training equipment.

Mom's/Daughters Self Defence Class and Charms Keychain Making Night! Friday Sept 11th 615-830pm.

We are so excited for this! Important life skills while having fun with mom and daughter! Friday Sept 11th from 615-830pm. The first 1hr and 30 minutes will be self defense focused. We will work together to practice our self defense skills. Part of self defense is having a "personal directive". A reason to defend yourself. Then for the next 45 minutes, we will be building a charms keychain. The keychains are really cute and a lot of fun to put together.

It's going to be an awesome night together. $32.50/person plus GST. You can save your spots here on the app or pay in person at the gym. Any questions, please ask. See you there!

Our out on another adventure exploring which is always so beautiful and an enjoyable walk for everyone. 💚⛰️ And then we headed over to to check out the beautiful waterfall 💙🩵💦🏞️ it was the first time seeing it for a few kids and they were blown away! We are so lucky to have so many beautiful places to explore near us.

Hello EMA Students! We have some sad, but good news to let you know about. Mr. Tass will be leaving us here in Chilliwack which is the sad part but he has taken up ownership with Ms. Leanne Ens in the Langley Excel Martial Arts location which is the really good news for him! 

It is a very big step for him in his life and I am happy to see him stepping up and making this big move. His last day here will be on Thursday July 30th and he is working some days in Langley between now and then as well. 

We are going to have a going away Potluck dinner for him on Tuesday July 21st here at our gym from 5-8pm. We would love it if you could join us there at the potluck in wishing Mr Tass good luck on his new venture. If you would like to give a thank you to Mr Tass, a card would be great and if you would like to gift him anything, a gas card or cash would be a good option because he will be hitting the road lots to Langley everyday and still living in Chilliwack. 

If you want to catch him at any events before he leaves, he will be leading the Games night on Friday July 10th 615-9pm and also at the two summer camps in July.

Great day at the Cultus Lake parade! Thanks to all the amazing students that came out and showed off their EMA techniques and energy!

It was a beautiful day and we got lots of positive support from the people in the crowd watching. Thanks to the organizers of the parade for putting this on. It's always great to be a part of the community. We look forward to next year!

Amazing tournament this weekend! We're very proud of our Chilliwack students! We had 108 of our students compete!!!!! It takes a lot of guts to step on the floor in front of your peers and spectators and lay it on the line.

Win or lose, the best lessons are learned when you step outside of your comfort zone. Congrats to the Grand Champion winners from our Langley location, Deja and Ryken. You guys earned it and rocked it!

Great job by the black belt demonstration team during the Main event. That was the best show I've seen in the last few years and I know it inspired so many of our EMA students to reach higher in their training.

Finally thank you to all those that put in countless hours to put on this event and train the students. It's a lot of work to put the tournament on but I know we do it all for the students. These memories will last forever and shape them into the amazing human beings we know they can be!
