A great turnout for Tuesday’s class! Kumite basics with a partner and as an individual were practiced. At Kaizen Karate you can come give us a try anytime. Family and beginner classes are every Tuesday and Thursday evening beginning at 6:30. Message for more information. Kaizen Karate-continuous improvement on the mat and in life.

First class back, last Thursday. It felt good to get back at it with our karate family. I only managed one photo of late class! Our senior students spent this class reviewing Ju Ni Ko, with a focus on proper ex*****on of haishu uke, maintaining “sticky hand.” We continue to accept new students, come check us out! Next class, Tuesday September 8th, beginning at 6:30 pm. No experience necessary, no commitment to try it out.
