ALBERTA PROUD 🇨🇦
Athlete Spotlight: Jayden Ste-Croix, 2026 U17 National Champion.
In 2025, Jayden reached the U17 national final at 52 kg and came home with silver. He came close, but not all the way.
He didn't let that stop him. He went back to work, moved up to 60 kg, and returned to Nationals in 2026 with one goal.
🥇 2026 U17 National Champion, 60 kg (Calgary)
QF: def. Tristan Kuller (BC) 5-0
SF: def. Yazan Meqdad (ON) 4-1
Final: def. Jakop Brandt (SK) 3-2
He went unbeaten at Nationals and won his first national title. The final was decided by one judge.
Silver wasn't the end of his story, it was what pushed him. A loss only becomes a failure if you stop working. Jayden kept working.
Credit to Head Coach Patrick Stewart-Skani and the Titans Boxing Club team for building an athlete who keeps coming back better.
