Juliana Bicycles has officially concluded its run as a separate bike badge and is being integrated back into the core Santa Cruz brand. This means that there will no longer be separate Juliana-branded bikes and names like the Roubion, Wilder, Furtado, Joplin, Maverick, Strega and Quincy will no longer be manufactured under the Juliana name. There are no longer any bicycles listed on the Juliana Bicycles website.

Juliana’s aim was “to deliver the best mountain bikes to female riders around the world, and create a network that would inspire women to join us on two wheels.” While Juliana models had the same frames as their Santa Cruz equivalents, they had different paint jobs as well as shock tunes for lighter riders, narrower bars, and women’s specific saddles and grips.

UROC trail report Friday October 23rd:

Sadly all good things must come to an end and this will be our last trail report of the season. It may not be the end of biking in Crowsnest for the year, but currently there are some pretty big snowflakes coming down all through the valley.

We know that if the weather improves over the next couple weeks that the die-hard riders will find their way out here to ride, and we have been thankful to get so many bonus days these last couple weeks.

Keep an eye on this space as we will have upcoming news on next year’s events, AGM, etc. Thanks to everyone who followed along this year and shared their riding with us in Crowsnest.

Happy Trails!

UROC Trail Report Friday October 16th:

Not a heck of a lot to report on this week. Last week’s snow has brought some great conditions to our trails. We are definitely in ‘Bonus’ time for the season as every extra day without snow feels amazing.

The mornings are pretty chilly, but the afternoons are pretty ideal. It stays fairly cold and shaded all day at PPK with fully north-facing trails. There are still a couple of wet and slow spots after the snow, but everything is good to ride.

Have a great weekend and enjoy this great fall we are having.

The results are in from the third women's Red Bull Rampage after huge lines and tricks were sent at the original venue. 🏆️

Adding to her entry in the Rampage history books, Robin Goomes became the first rider to ever win three consecutive victories. Despite facing immense pressure in a close contest with Hannah Bergemann, Goomes stepped everything up a level for her 2nd attempt, scoring a massive 93.5 from the judges.
