Our CGC Competitive Program Evaluation Day is coming up this Sunday, May 24! 🤸‍♀️

If your child is looking for more of a challenge and is interested in competitive gymnastics, this is their chance to be assessed for our program.

Last night, our Head Coach Lisa and athlete Rayna S. attended the 59th Cornwall Lions Club Sports Awards Banquet. 💜🤸‍♀️

We are incredibly proud to share that Rayna was awarded Gymnast of the Year — a recognition that reflects not only her talent and accomplishments, but also her resilience, perseverance, dedication, and love for the sport.

Rayna continues to push herself to new heights both in and out of the gym, leading by example with her work ethic, courage, and support for her teammates. This honour is so well deserved, and we could not be prouder to have her represent Cornwall Gymnastics Club.

Congratulations, Rayna! Your CGC family is cheering you on every step of the way. 💜

It’s hard to believe it’s over.

A whole season… wrapped up in what feels like a blink — but somehow also a lifetime of moments.

Early mornings when no one wanted to get up.
Long nights driving home, exhausted but still talking about routines, scores, and “next time.”
The quiet nerves before stepping onto the floor.
The deep breaths.
The falls.
The get-backs-up.

Because there were a lot of those.

This season wasn’t just about routines and results.
It was about learning how to push through when things didn’t go your way.
How to trust yourself.
How to keep showing up — even on the hard days.

And they did.
Every single one of them.

Behind every routine was an athlete who kept going.
Behind every athlete was a family making it all work.
And behind it all were coaches who believed in them — sometimes before they believed in themselves.

Somewhere along the way, this team became more than a team.

They became each other’s support.
Each other’s motivation.
Each other’s safe place.

And that’s the part that sticks.

Not just where they placed.
Not just what they scored.
But who they became in the process.

Stronger.
Braver.
Closer.

We say we’re proud — and we are.
But the truth is, it goes deeper than that.

We’re grateful we got to witness it.
