Ever heard of spokes made of rope? have created the lightest spokes on the market, and they're made of rope! Really fancy rope.

Bike number 2 this week for Simon, with his brand new titanium El Jefe. Ready for damn near any ride you put in front of it, the El Jefe is fast, light, and extremely capable for long missions in the backcountry, while maintaining its playful abilities on all types of terrain.

Highlights:
- 120mm Fox 34SL Factory Fork
- Shimano XTR drivetrain and brakes
- Onyx hubs laced to We Are One rims
- SQ Labs saddle, grips and handlebar

Berd spokes are made from an advanced polymer called ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) that has 15 times the strength-to-weight ratio of steel and floats on water. Berd spokes have an improved fatigue life compared to steel and are impervious to the elements.

The end of August marks the 10th birthday for Beaufort Cycles. It doesn’t feel like a time to celebrate this milestone, knowing that the folks that work at and support Dodge City Cycles are hurting after the recent fire at their shop. Jackson Goldstone had one run to save the rainbow stripes. Standing in the start gate above Val di Sole, the Canadian was the final man on course.

Goldstone put together a brilliant final run. He crossed the line 0.6 seconds ahead to defend his elite downhill world championship title!

The Ritual is long travel enduro speed machine. An incredibly balanced, capable feel that comes alive at speed and under big hits.

The Ritual's CBF suspension platform pedals insanely good. It climbs like a bike with far less travel, and when you point it downhill, it wants to go fast. Capable, built for big days, bike parks and fast enduro racing.

The Ranger hits the bullseye for what a downcountry bike should be. Every tube, every link, every bolt, every pivot point and every line of geometry has been rethought to create the most capable and most playful Revel ever built.

- Steeper seat tube angle for a more efficient pedaling position.

- Longer reach to re-center the rider on punchy climbs.

- Slacker head angle for serious confidence on the descents.

- Lower bottom bracket for that planted, in-the-bike feel that translates to better cornering, better braking, and more traction on every surface.

- Chainstay lengths grow with the larger frame sizes, so every rider, no matter the size, gets balanced handling that feels purpose-built.
