💔 With a heavy heart, it’s time to say goodbye to East Coast Barbell.

After many incredible years of shared sweat, PRs, and community, ECB will be permanently closing its doors as of July 31, 2026.

This space has been so much more than just a place to lift weights—it has been a sanctuary, a second home, and a family. Watching this community show up day after day, support one another, and shatter personal goals has been the absolute honor of a lifetime. Saying goodbye is deeply painful, and we are endlessly grateful for the energy, dedication, and heart you brought through our doors.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making East Coast Barbell what it was. We will cherish the memories made on this platform forever, and we wish every single one of you the absolute best on your continued lifting and fitness journeys.

Let's make this last month a memorable one. Visitors passes will be available for $5 +HST if you would like to come in for one last lift with us!

Our hearts are absolutely bursting with pride! Today, three of our incredible Special Olympics athletes took the stage at the Provincials, and to say they crushed it would be an understatement. 🏋️‍♂️✨

These athletes didn't just compete today—they showed everyone the true definition of grit, passion, and sportsmanship. Weeks of sweat, heavy lifting, and pure dedication all led to this moment, and they left it all on the platform.

A massive thank you to the competitors, volunteers, family members, and the NSPL community for creating such an electric, supportive atmosphere today.
